I’m Elliott McKee, a certified personal trainer, lifelong athlete, and former Registered Behavior Technician with five years’ experience supporting children and adults on the autism spectrum.
My passion for movement began on the baseball field, and carried to the weight room, but it truly came alive when I saw how tailored exercise could unlock confidence, focus, and joy for neurodivergent athletes.

Why I Do What I Do

Working one-on-one in ABA programs showed me the gap between traditional fitness and the unique sensory, cognitive, and motor needs of people with autism. I started this business to close that gap, bringing structured, engaging workouts straight to the environments where my clients feel safest, whether that’s their living room, a local park, or my fully equipped apartment-complex gym.

What Makes My Coaching Different

  • Individualized, neuro-affirming plans that respect stims, routines, and communication styles.
  • Behavior-focused teaching rooted in evidence-based strategies to build motivation and independence.
  • Total convenience, I travel to you for in-home sessions ($95/hr) or welcome you to my gym for a lower-cost option ($75/hr).
  • Family collaboration so parents and caregivers feel confident reinforcing skills between sessions.

My Training Philosophy

Movement should be fun, predictable, and purposeful. I blend athletic drills, functional strength, and play-based activities to improve coordination, strength, and everyday life skills. Success is progress, and progress is success.
